Delivery Information
We are located in Sanford, Florida USA and most items ship from us as indicated below. We have tried to include as much information as possible, but if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Availability & Stock Status:
Due to the wide variety of items we carry and all the sizes & colors they come in, we do not stock a lot of items. Check the Availabilty section on each product for information about that items stock status:

In Stock - These are items that are in stock in our Florida warehouse for immediate shipping. Items in stock can be shipped Express within the US and normally ship Priority Mail. They ship next business day from your order.

5 - 10 Business Days - This is our standard shipping. Items normally arrive to our warehouse from the manufacturer within 5-10 business days (excludes holidays and weekends) and then ships to you. Shipping is Free for orders delivered within the US of $100 or more. Once at our warehouse, transit tiime for US orders is 2-9 business days. Transit time for International varies per country but are generally 3-20 business days. Please note international orders can be delayed by customs beyond our control.

Ships Direct from Manufacturer - Some of our manufacturers will ship directly from their warehouse to you for faster delivery and items can be Expressed. Note that manufacturers do NOT ship outside the US, so International orders come first to us as in the 5 - 10 Day delivery above. They are all subject to manufacturer availability.

Imported - 2-3 Weeks - We import items from a number of countries including India, China, the UK, and Egypt. Delivery to us varies depending on customs but generally arrive within 2-3 weeks. Holidays and unexpected circumstances such as the riots in Egypt in January 2011 can delay delivery beyond our control.

Made to Order - We carry several items that are hand crafted, made to order. These include Gothic Lolita and other clothing from China. Please allow extra time for delivery. Most arrive to use within 3-4 weeks, but items can take up to 8 weeks or longer depending on a number of factors.

Out of Stock - The manufacturer is temporarily out of stock of this item. If there is an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), that date will be shown. NOTE: This is the manufacturers ESTIMATE of when that item will be back in stock. While they are generally fairly accurate, this date may change for a number of reasons. We will update the dates as we are provided them. Some items will be out of stock with No ETA Yet determined. These items have not been discontinued, but do not have a production date as yet.

Pre-Order - This item is in production and planned to be available on the ETA shown. Please note this date is an ESTIMATED time of arrival and can vary. We update these items monthly.
- US Shipping ONLY - These items are oversized or heavy and must ship via ground freight truck and are therefore NOT available for international delivery. It may be possible to ship them to some countries, but this is handled on a case by case basis so please contact us for frieght costs. Please note these items are also NOT covered in our free shipping offer.
Standard Delivery:
We ship most orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) in unmarked Priority Mail boxes - see USPS.com for standard rates. Heavy items may ship via US Parcel Post or UPS. Costs are dependent upon weight of your item(s) - the average within the US is $6.00 for most items - the cart calculates costs for you. All items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and fragile items include insurance at no additional cost to you. Delivery Confirmation is not a perfect tracking system, but does provide some delivery information. We will post your delivery confirmation number in your order history once it ships.
We offer free standard shipping within the US on orders of $100 or more - items that must be shipped via truck are excluded (furniture, large cast iron cauldrons, etc). See product description on items.
Express Shipping:
If you need something by a particular date, please be sure to remark it in the comments and we will do everything possible to get it to you by your required date. As we deal with a variety of manufacturers, please know that we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date unless it is an item we have in our current inventory. Choose "Express mail" from the shipping options when checking out and items will be shipped via USPS Express Mail (next day delivery to most areas) as soon as they arrive to us. If an item is in stock, it will ship same or next business day. If it has to be ordered for you from the manufacturer, we will generally get it within 3 business days and ship as soon as it arrives.
U.S. Territories:
All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).
We ship to U.S. Territories including, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands and Guam.
APO and FPO Addresses:
All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders will typically arrive within 7-10 business days. Tracking numbers are not issued for shipments to APO and FPO addresses.
P.O. Boxes:
All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping Internationally:
All packages are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking numbers are not issued for International orders.
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. LABEShops does not collect import duties and taxes and cannot predict these particular charges. These duties and taxes are not included with the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer. For information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
In Stock Items:
Merchandise in stock is usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, we will order it from the manufacturer within 48 hours of your payment clearing and usually receive the items from the manufacturers within 5-10 days. Items ship to you next business day after they arrive via Priority Mail (average 3-4 day delivery to you).
We will notify you by email of the expected shipping time if the item is backordered by the manufacturer usually within 3-4 business days of your placing your order. Backorders are beyond our control and you may cancel your order at any time - please notify us if you decide you do not wish to wait for backordered items.
Items shipped from the Manufacturer:
Some of our manufacturers help us deliver to you quicker by shipping directly to you. These items are stated in the description and can be shipped Express or Overnight when the items are in stock. This items are shipped via FedEx or UPS and must be shipped to a street address. They do not ship directly to International addresses - all international orders for these items will go thru us as a Standard Shipping order.
Items shipped to you by our manufacturers will not include a packing list - you may print your receipt at any time by logging into you account and viewing your order.
